operating instructions
10.1.1
Operating instructions:
The right temperature is an important requirement for a successful solder joint while soldering. If
the temperature is too low, the solder not distributed properly so that it comes to so-called cold
soldering. At too high a temperature, the flux evaporates, so that the solder flows poorly. In
addition, the components can be damaged with too high temperature. The recommended
temperature of the solder can be found in the packaging. The most common solder containing
60% tin and 40% lead.
Note:
It is recommended to use with non-corrosive solder flux.
The soldering gun has 3 temperature settings that are set by controller (3).
Level A:
Temperature of 70 to 200 degrees - welding and cutting of plastic parts.
STAGE B:
Temperature of 200 to 350 degrees - and tin soldering or working on circuit boards, circuit boards
and the like.
Level C:
Temperature 350 to 500 degrees - Where use is required by high temperatures.
e.g. Wood engraving etc.
