6.3 Reviewing Log Files
Analyzing log files may provide valuable insight in troubleshooting certain DICOM
communication issues or Cenova server errors. You may want to use the logs to
troubleshoot case status as well.
The paths below represent the file paths for a
typical
installation. Users that choose the
server custom install feature may find that these files have been installed in different
directories. Use WordPad to view these log files, as this program can separate the
individual line entries.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Hologic\Cenova Server\Log
•
R2CADServer.log.<date>.log
– The Cenova server log that contains information on
cases sent to the server for image processing.
•
R2.Dis.log_<date>.txt
– The DICOM communication log for the Cenova server.
•
R2.Dis.Error.log
– The DICOM errors encountered by the Cenova server.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Hologic\Connect\Connector\
•
Ekernel.log – The Hologic Connect server log
. This log file cannot be opened at its
default location because the file is locked by the Hologic Connect service. However,
you can copy the log file to another location and then open it.
