Liquid is leaking
from the container
Check that there are not too many ingredients in the container.
Check that the mixing or transfer cap is tightened.
Check that the drinking hole plug is well closed in the transfer
cap.
If the problem persists, contact the manufacturer's service department.
STORAGE OF EQUIPMENT
The mixing cap should always be stored in a place where children and pets do not have
access, because they may be exposed to physical injury - the cap has built-in stainless
steel blades.
If you are not going to use the device for a long time, after cleaning and drying its parts,
store it in a dry room away from heat and moisture sources. It is best to place the
device in its original packaging, away from children and pets.
TRANSPORT OF THE DEVICE
It is recommended to transport the device in its original packaging. Do not expose the
unit to excessive vibration or shock during transportation. When handling, only carry
the unit after it has been switched off, holding it securely by the housing. Do not expose
the device to heat or moisture.
12. WARRANTY AND SERVICE
The product (the base with motor) is covered by a 2 year warranty from the date of
sale of the product. The manufacturer's warranty does not cover materials subject to
normal wear (rubber feet, gaskets). In case of a defect, the product should be returned
to the shop where it was purchased, remembering to provide the proof of purchase.
The product should be complete and preferably delivered in its original packaging.
