Do not use sharp-edged tools, sharp-edged cleaners or abrasive fluids for cleaning.
It is forbidden to clean the base with the motor using liquids of any type or in the
dishwasher.
The motor base can only be cleaned with a dry cloth or paper towel. The containers,
mixer cap and caps with stoppers and carrying handles can be washed in water with
non-invasive, non-concentrated and non-abrasive detergents.
In most cases, you can wash the container and the mixing cap directly after use by
pouring water up to 2/3 of its capacity into the container and adding a drop or two of
a mild, non-concentrated dishwashing liquid, screwing the mixing cap onto the
container and placing the set in the base (as for blending products). A few seconds of
mixing will wash stainless steel blades and the inside of the container. Then simply
remove the container with the cap, gently unscrew the mixing cap and pour out the
water. Rinse under running water.
Both the mixing cap and the cap nuts are fitted with gaskets. They can be removed by
carefully pulling the built-in handle. Both the gaskets and their sockets should be
thoroughly cleaned.
After all the elements have dried, they must be inserted precisely into place. All
accessories can also be washed in the dishwasher.
The surface of the accessories should then be thoroughly dried with a paper towel or
textile towel and/or left to dry completely in a well-ventilated place.
10. PROBLEMS
In case of any problems with the device, please refer to the following tips.
The device does not
switch on
Check that the power plug is plugged into an efficient power
outlet.
Check that the flaps of the container are correctly mounted in
the sockets of the base so that the mixing can be switched on.
Container content is
not smooth after
mixing
The mixing time may have been too short.
The particles of fruit or vegetables are too large or too hard.
Too little liquid in relation to hard components.
Stainless steel
blades rotate too
slowly.
Switch off the device immediately.
Too hard ingredients and/or too little liquid.
The ingredients are too sticky and do not allow the knives to
rotate.
