H&H empfiehlt die Verwendung von doppelt geschirmten
Standardkabeln. Diese sind nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten, können
aber bei diversen Messgeräteherstellern bezogen werden.
H&H recommends to use double-shielded standard cables which are not
included in the scope of delivery. You can buy such GPIB cables from
many instrument manufacturers.
Sind in einem System mehrere GPIB-Geräte enthalten, darf die
Gesamtlänge aller Kabel höchstens 2 m mal die Anzahl der GPIB-
Geräte sein, wobei jedoch insgesamt 20 m keinesfalls zu
überschreiten sind.
If several GPIB instruments are within one GPIB system the total length
of all GPIB cables must must not exceed 2 m times the number of
connected instruments – up to a total of 20 m.
Nicht mehr als 15 Geräte dürfen an den GPIB-Bus angeschlossen
sein. Mindestens zwei Drittel der angeschlossenen Geräte müssen
eingeschaltet sein.
No more than 15 devices may be connected to a GPIB bus, with at least
two-thirds of the connected devices powered on.
