5. Configuration
This chapter describes the configuration of the secondary CANopen network interface as well as the
configuration of the primary PROFINET network adapter/slave interface of the module. The second-
ary CANopen network interface is configured prior to the primary PROFINET network adapter/slave
interface. The I/O data sizes configured for the secondary CANopen network decides the data sizes on
the primary PROFINET network adapter/slave interface.
5.1 Module Identification
The Anybus X-gateway CANopen master to PROFINET module identifies itself on the network as fol-
lows:
