3. Printer driver version (you can get it from "Control Panel/Printer/HiTi
640Amphi/Properties/About")
4. PhotoDesiree version. (you can get version number from PhotoDesiree)
5. Brand name/Model/System configuration of your PC.
6. Windows version (such as Windows 98 SE)
7. Application name and version (such as PhotoShop 6.0), when you used
this printer and occurred error at the same time.
