No electrical power:
check the connections and auxiliary fuses.
Crankcase resistance interrupted:
verify and replace, if necessary.
Insufficient cooling air to the coils:
check the fans, clearances and possible coil obstructions; check the
channels.
The fan does not work:
verify whether the fan functions;
Refrigerant charge excessive:
drain the excess.
Insufficient refrigerant:
top-up the correct amount, identify and eliminate any leak.
Presence of air in the water system:
bleed the system.
Insufficient water flow:
check and adjust as necessary.
Mechanical problems in the compressor:
repair compressor.
Irregular FI accessory operation (if installed):
verify the calibration and adjust, if necessary.
Excessive thermal load:
verify the system size, leaks and insulation.
Irregular operation of the expansion valve:
verify functions and replace, if necessary.
Mechanical problems in the compressor:
repair compressor.
Insufficient refrigerant:
top-up the correct amount, identify and eliminate any leak.
Dirty evaporator:
verify and wash.
Partially blocked filter:
replace.
Irregular operation of the expansion valve:
verify functions and replace, if necessary.
Presence of air in the water system:
bleed the system.
Insufficient water flow:
check and adjust as necessary.
Switch or contactor faulty, break in the auxiliary circuit:
verify and replace, if necessary.
Circuit breaker tripped:
check for short circuits, replace motor.
