Timer control/status register W (TCSRW) is an 8-bit read/write register that performs
TCSRW and TCW write control and watchdog timer operation control, and indicates the
operation status.

Bit 7—Bit 6 Write Inhibit (B6WI): Bit 7 controls writing of data to bit 6 of TCSRW.

This bit is always read as 1. Data is not stored if written to this bit.
