OPTIONAL FUNCTION

Attach the nameplate of unit number for outdoor unit
(field-supplied) corresponding to the unit number of the
indoor unit.
4.4.4.
EMERGENCY OPERATION
In case that the unit is required to be operated when the
wireless remote control switch is out of battery and can not
function, etc., the unit can be operated by the
emergergency operation switch.
The cooling operation and the heating operation are
available for the emergergency operation.

CAUTION:
Turn OFF the power source of the unit before
performing the emergency operation
a. Open the cover of the receiver part or the grille of panel.
b. Set the switch
®
to the "COOLING" or "HEATING"
position.
c. Set the switch
¯
(emergency operation switch) to the
"EMERGENCY" position.
d. Close the cover of the receiver part and turn ON the
power source of the unit.
e. The unit is operated.

switch again, set the switch

NOTE:
For stopping the unit operated by the wireless remote
control switch, the unit can be stopped by setting the

(emergency operation switch) to the "STOP"
position instead of turning OFF the power source of the
unit.
