Is 5V voltage supplied at collector of Q1004?
Is voltage of 5V sent out from the collector of
Q1004?
Check the Q1004 periphery circuit.
Is the "H" pulse inputted into the base of Q1004?
Replace Q1004.
Check the AT 5V line.
Check for load circuit short-circuiting or leak.
Check or replace Q1004, D1046.

Check the AT -24V line.
Is voltage of -24V sent out from the anode of
D1003?
Check the D1003 periphery circuit.
Replace D1003.
Check for load circuit short-circuiting or leak.

Is voltage of 3.3V sent out from collector of Q1011?
Check the Q1011 periphery circuit.
Does the P-CON switch circuit operate normally?
(Q1005, Q1006, etc.)
Are the "H" pulse inputted into base of Q1011?
Replace Q1011.
Check the secondary circuit, AT 4V line.
Check for load circuit short-circuiting or leak.
Check each component and if poor the replace.
Check or replace Q1005, Q1006, Q1049.
