(2) Reassembly of the drive unit
(a) Mount Washer (D) [10] and the Spring [9] to the Gear Case [12] in order.
(b) Screw the Nut [8] in aligning its protrusion with the register mark on the Gear Case [12] .
Turn the Nut [8] about 1 turn clockwise so that the register mark on the Nut [8] is aligned with the
register mark on the Gear Case [12] . Check that the Y surface of the Nut [8] is almost aligned with the Z
surface of the Gear Case [12] (Fig. 5).
(C) Mount the Click Spring [7] to the notch of the Gear Case [12] aligning the register mark on the Gear
Case [12] with the protrusion of the Click Spring [7] . Mount the Click Spring [7] in the proper direction as
shown in Fig. 6.
