8.1  Waveform Graph Display

This instrument provides a function to display the waveform when a test is ended and a function to 
display the measured values as a graph in chronological order.

Waveform display

Displays the waveform when a test ends (fail judgment and pass judgment).

Displays the measured values during a test (voltage, current, and resistance 

values) in chronological order.
