Secondary differential detection judgments

[LAPLACIAN]

The amount of the high-frequency component expressed by the test waveform in the user-

designated area is detected, and the size of the amount used to judge the discharge. The response

waveform is secondarily differentiated and the surface area of the differentiated waveform

calculated as the amount of the high-frequency component.
