3.2 Pre-measurement Inspection
Verify that the instrument operates normally to ensure that no damage occurred during storage or
shipping. If you find any damage, contact your authorized Hioki distributor or reseller.

Is the insulation of the probe or connection
cable to be used damaged, or is bare metal
exposed?
Is the clamp cracked or damaged?
Do not use if damage is present, as
you could receive an electric shock.
