Waveforms can be magnified (expanded or com-
pressed) along the time axis by changing the time per
horizontal division.
Detailed waveform data is usually best observed with
the time axis expanded, while longer-term trends are
best observed with it compressed.
Horizontal magnification can be changed while mea-
suring. However, when measuring with auto saving
enabled, the 100, 200 and 500 ms settings are not
selectable.
When the recording length of a waveform is long, you
can specify the portion to be displayed immediately.
Magnifying and Compressing Horizontally

When the A/B cursors are displayed, the position of cur-
sor A becomes the reference point.
