This signal is output when alarm criteria are satisfied.
Specify the desired alarm criteria.

(ALM1 to ALM4)
When alarm criteria are satisfied
The alarm LED will light up (turn red) when
any of the ALM1 to ALM4 alarm criteria are
satisfied.
