Output voltage depends on the set current limit value.
For a DUT that receives a measured current over the preset current limit value, the voltage does
not go up to the set output voltage.
Example
If the test voltage is applied to a DUT with 1 M
Ω
after the current limit value is preset to 200 µA
and test voltage to 500 V, the output voltage is calculated as follows. Due to this, the output voltage
goes up only to approximately 200 V.
