8.3 Instrument’s Battery Level Indicator
The display, in the top right, includes the battery level indicator for
the instrument’s batteries.

Not discharged.
Partially discharged.
Almost exhausted. Replace as soon as possible.
(Blinking) Exhausted.
Replace with fresh batteries.
• Using manganese batteries significantly reduces the continuous
operating time of the instrument.
• The battery level indicator does not function accurately when
nickel-metal hydride batteries are used.
• The battery level indicator serves as an approximate guideline
for the continuous operating time.
