BIN Number :  Sets  the  upper  limit  and lower limit values of the BIN

number to be displayed in the SUB display area. 

D

: Sets the upper limit and lower limit values of D to be

displayed in the SUB display area. 

CREFerence: Sets the reference value of C to be displayed in the

SUB display area. 

DREFerence: Sets the reference value of D to be displayed in the

SUB display area

OFF

: Sets nothing to be displayed in the SUB display area.

Explanation

Command  Sets the set upper limit and lower limit values or the reference value 

to be displayed in the SUB display area during BIN measurement. 
A numeric value in NRf format is accepted but non significant digits 
are rounded off so the numeric. 

Query 

Returns the indication setting of the SUB display area during BIN 
measurement as characters. 

Example
