NOTE: If moving the outriggers one by one, the machine inclination will exceed
a certain threshold in “X” or “Y” axles, next outriggers movements that would
further incline the machine are automatically avoided, the system will allow
only single outrigger movements that decrease the inclination, or auto-
stabilization or outriggers auto-retraction.
NOTE: If pedal option is active and the remote control is on its basket support
the operator standing on the basket has to press the pedal to move the
outriggers.
5. AERIAL PART MOVEMENTS
Aerial part movements are allowed when machine is properly stabilized, the
remote control is placed
on its basket support, and on the basket there’s no
more than 230 kg, with those conditions satisficed the remote control display
shows the “ MACHINE STABILIZED ” icon on position n.5.
Being that basket weight is about 50 Kg, the load input read by the display
need to be less that about 280 Kg.
On the remote control basket support there’s a magnet that interacting with
remote control detects when the remote control is properly placed on it.
When the machine is stabilised and the remote control in place, the green light
on the ground control position is steady on.
To operate the aerial part movements, the operator has to act on black
joysticks following the relevant decals indications, each joystick belongs to only
one movement.
Basket levelling is automatically adjusted when third boom is lifted, in case it
needs to be manually adjusted, while the stabilization conditions are achieved,
the operator has to act on the remote control basket levelling key switch,
turning it rightwards or leftwards according to its decal.
