4. The knee motor actuator cable (A) is firmly connected to its receptacle on
the control box (on top of the hilow motor actuator), and the routing to the
control lockout shows no visible damage (see figure 2-28 on page 2-36).

Plug the cable firmly into its receptacle, or replace the damaged
cable if necessary.
This solves the problem.
