4.5 Telephone Receptacle

Chapter 4: Removal, Replacement, and Adjustment Procedures

3. Remove the telephone interface connector from the back of the modular

phone receptacle (D).

Replacement

1. Install the telephone interface connector into the back of the modular

phone receptacle (D).

2. Install the modular phone receptacle (D) into the phone plate with screws

(A).

3. Install the patient phone faceplate (C) and screws (B) on the device plate.

4. Check the telephone interface connector for correct phone function.

Adjustment

No adjustment is required for the Bed Locator telephone receptacle assembly.
