General Maintenance
WARNING:
Only facility-authorized maintenance personnel should perform
preventive maintenance on the CarePorter™ Cart. Preventive
maintenance performed by unauthorized personnel could result in
personal injury or equipment damage.
WARNING:
A fire and explosion hazard exists when performing cleaning and/or
maintenance procedures in an oxygen enriched environment. Turn off
the oxygen supply, and disconnect the equipment from the oxygen
supply when performing cleaning and maintenance procedures. Failure
to disconnect the oxygen supply could result in personal injury or
equipment damage.
WARNING:

CarePorter™ Cart. Troubleshooting by unauthorized personnel could
result in personal injury or equipment damage.
WARNING:
Adhere to the “Infection Control Policies and Procedures” outlined in the
Safety Coordinator Reference Guide. Failure to do so could result in the
spread of infection.
CAUTION:
Place the removed P.C. boards in antistatic protective bags for shipping
and storage. Equipment damage can occur. See “P.C. Boards” on page
6-4 for additional information.

Do not use harsh cleaners, solvents, or detergents. Equipment damage
could occur.
