NEWG 72bit Wiegand protocol does not support transfer license plate number with
non-English characters.

Set Wiegand Type as NEWG 72bit
Steps:
Go to
Configuration
->
System Settings
->
Wiegand
to enable wiegand transfer and select
protocol type.
