Managing Files
Searching for Recorded Files
Previously recorded files can be searched by criteria in the File Management menu.
To search for recorded files:
1. Enter the File Management menu, shown in Figure 57 by going to Main Menu
> System Configuration > File Management.

2. Select the cameras that you would like to include in the search. Analog cam-
eras are listed on the first row, preceded with the letter A. Digital cameras are
listed on the second row, preceded with the letter D. If you would like include
all cameras in the search, check the
All box.
3. Select the Start Time .
4. Select the End Time.
5. Select the Video Type . Video type includes Continuous and On Event record-
ings.
6. Select the File Type . File type includes Locked and Unlocked files.
7. Click the Search button or if you would like to search for only locked files, the
Search All Locked Files button.
8. A list of results with your search criteria will be shown at the bottom of the
menu (Figure 58).
