Detect Scene Change
This detects change of the surveillance scene. Certain actions can be taken when the alarm is triggered.
Steps
1. Go to Configuration
→
Event
→
Smart Event
→
Scene Change Detection .
2. Click Enable .
3. Set the
Sensitivity
. The higher the value, the more easily the change of scene can be detected. But
detection accuracy is reduced.
4. Refer to
Set Arming Schedule
for setting scheduled time. Refer to
Linkage Method Settings
for setting
linkage method.
5. Click
Save
.
The function varies according to different models.
Set Face Detection
Helps detect a face in the detection region. If a face is detected, the device triggers the linkage actions.
Steps
1. Go to
Configuration → Event → Smart Event → Face Detection
.
2. Check
Enable Face Detection
.
3. Optional: Highlight to display the face in the image.
1) Check
Enable Dynamic Analysis for Face Detection.
2) Go to Configuration
→
Local , set Rules to Enable .
4. Set
Sensitivity
. The lower the sensitivity, the face profile or unclear face is more difficult to detect.
5. Set the arming schedule and linkage methods. For the information about arming schedule settings,

6. Click

Set Video Loss
This function can detect the video signal loss in time and trigger the linkage action.
