number in the Max. IP Camera Access text field. Disabling one analog channel will add one
IP channel. For DS-7300HUHI-F4/N and DS-8100HUHI-F8/N series, the accessible IP channels
are X+2 (X refers to the disabled analog channel or channels of the DVR.). For
DS-9004HUHI-F8/N series, the accessible IP channels are X+6 (X refers to the disabled
analog channel or channels of the DVR.). For DS-9008HUHI-F8/N series, the accessible IP
channels are X+10 (X refers to the disabled analog channel or channels of the DVR.). For
DS-9016HUHI-F8/N series, the accessible IP channels are X+18 (X refers to the disabled
analog channel or channels of the DVR.) and the max. IP channels are 32.

Using the Wizard for Basic Configuration
Purpose
By default, the
Setup Wizard
starts once the device has loaded. You can follow it to complete the
basic configuration.
Selecting the language:
Step 1
Select the language from the dropdown list.

Click
Apply
button.

Start Wizard
can walk you through some important settings of the device. If you don’t
want to use the
Start Wizard
at that moment, click
Exit
. You can also choose to use the
Start
Wizard
next time by leaving the “Start wizard when device starts?” checkbox checked.
