Steps:

Click Digital IO Control.

Select Line 2 as Line Selector, and Input as Line Mode to set line 2 as input signal.

The counter trigger provides frequency division to the external trigger signal. You can set counter
trigger as shown below.

Click Acquisition Control > Trigger Selector.

Select On as Trigger Mode.
