Insert the new sealing washer
and tighten with a screw
(900).

Important!
- The pump must stand vertically.
- Use medical white oil.
- Do not mix different types of oil.
Fill oil into the opening of the
Seal-Guard-System compen-
sation tank again until this is
filled halfway.

Close the cap on the Seal-
Guard-System compensation
tank.
Important!
- Check the free run of the impeller (230) by turning it!
- Establish the electrical connection of the block motor (see
section 5.4 Electrical connection)!
• Observe the connection type (refer to the name plate
on the motor)
• Observe the “clockwise” direction of rotation (see section
5.6 Direction of rotation check)
Start up the pump unit (see section 6 Commissioning).

Important!
- Shorten the hoses at both ends by approximately 5 mm.
This ensures precise sealing.
- Re-close the ball valve (006) after assembly.
Secure the cooling pipes to the screwed connection (005.2)
and intermediate casing (113) in the following manner:
Press the pressure ring back-
wards. Then insert the hose
in the right angle connector.
Then release the pressure
ring.
