Important!
Tighten all nuts and bolts (clockwise) during assembly as
prescribed.

Oil filling and oil change on versions with Seal-
Guard-System
The intermediate casing is filled with medical white oil at
the factory. Only use original parts from the manufacturer
for any repairs.
Important!
- The oil can be procured via the manufacturer.
- Use medical white oil.
- Do not mix different types of oil.
- Dispose of any used oil properly.
Important!
Regularly check the oil filling (medical white oil) for the cor-
rect fill level and for ingredients. If the medium penetrates
the mechanical seal, the seal must be replaced.
In addition, the following label can be found on the filter
cover (003):

The label says that the star handles should be tightened
crosswise.
Follow the instructions on the label.
Important!
Before recommissioning, close the bottom screwed connec-
tion (005.1) in the filter casing (001).
Caution!
Dry running the pump will destroy the
mechanical seal!
Before starting the pump fill the pump
and supply pipe with the pumped
medium.
Then de-aerate.
Important!
The points specified in section 6 Commissioning must be
fulfilled before restarting the pumps.
