Question:
Why am I calling a foreign number?
Answer:
It is to be able to use roaming, i.e. to access all mobile antennas regardless of the
operator. In this way we can ensure a better connection and we have coverage,
even during maintenance work on the mobile network.
Question:
What does it cost to call this number?
Answer:
It costs nothing. The call is never connected, but the call is rejected after checking
the access list and you get a busy signal.
Question:
Can I also use my own SIM card?
Answer:
No, more than 90% of all GSM errors are operator related. We cannot support your
own GSM subscriptions, nor see the cause of the error, or fix the error.
Question (only for Sweden):
We cannot call foreign numbers. What now?
Answer:
No problem, just contact Heras Service and we will switch to a Swedish number.
Question:
We would like to use multiple accounts. Is that possible?
Answer:
You can have up to 3 accounts / HCU unit. You register these as usual on Heras
Cloud and inform Heras Service which accounts should be connected to the device.

Answer:
No problem, click on "Forgot password?" When logging in. Enter your email address
and a new one will be generated for you.
