1 Usage Specifications
The
Arctic 17 Standard 50
and
Standard 55
rise-recliners are designed for
people who may find it difficult to sit in or, raise themselves out of a
conventional chair. The rise-recliner is comfortable and has many settings to
ensure the user can enjoy the luxury it affords. The back is partitioned with
angle and height adjustments to the upper part, ensuring the best possible
support. The chair has been designed and tested to support weights of up to
165kg. In addition, it has an adjustable breadth and the armrests can move out
to a total of 5cm.
The
Arctic 17 60
has the same functionality but is modified to support a greater
weight capacity of up to 260kg. The width of the seat is 60cm. The
17 60
also
has extended armrest functionality with a total of 10cm expansion capacity.
The
Arctic 17 40
and
45
are our smallest rise-recliners. They have the same
capabilities as the other models, but are suitable for smaller people, even
though the maximum user weight is set at 165kg. The seat width is only 40 or
45cm wide. The seat is also shorter for the
40
models, compared to other Arctic
models.
All five models are available with turn and tilt functions. The turn function allows
180° rotation of the chair. The tilt function allows the user to tilt the entire unit,
both in a sitting and horizontal position. In the maximum tilt and default positions,
the user can enjoy excellent benefits.
