Program Code Description

shows “JLO*” when on).

This mode allows a technician to view advanced information on the operation of the
fryer and controls. To enter the Tech Mode:

Press and hold the temp and info button for 5 seconds, until display shows
“LEVEL 3”, followed by “ENTER CODE”.

Enter code 1, 1, 2, 2, 1, 1, 2, 2 (first two product buttons). “A. TECH” “RESETS”
shows in the display.

Press the down arrow six times, and when display shows “G. STATS”, press the
right ✓ buttons and “T-1 SOFTWARE” shows in the display, the first step of the
Tech Mode. Use the up and down arrows to toggle through the steps.
NOTE: Press the right “X” button twice, at any time, to return to normal
operation.
