5.3 Adjusting LED Line Intensity
To adjust the intensity of each connected line array use the potentiometer, which
corresponds to the connection of the channel.
Use the UV Radiometer 98787, order no. 1390323, for 365 nm array and
UVV Radiometer 98770, order no. 1265282, for 405 nm array.
The benefit of such adjustment possibility is to
– achieve an equal intensity of all connected arrays or
– compensate a lower intensity of an older array or
– reduce the intensity if it is too high.
•
Place the UV meter under the array
(distance max. 20 mm), start an
irradiation cycle and adjust the intensity
with a screw driver at the potentiometer.
CCW turning = the intensity decreases.
CW turning = the intensity increases.
Caution!
Use always the same distance and
position to the array to get comparable
intensity values.
5.4 Shutdown for Periods of Non-use
•
Switch off the controller.
5.5 Returning to Operation after Periods of Non-use
•
Check the installation according to Chapter 4.
•
Switch on the controller.
•
Check cleanliness of the LED lens and the booster lens. In case of contaminations use
lint-free cloth and pure alcohol to remove them.
6 Care and Maintenance
Check the filter of the air inlet at the Line
Array 4 times per year.
In case of contamination clean the filter
carefully with a dry and clean soft brush.
•
To get access to the filter, remove the
screws and lift off the cover.
