Reset modes supported by the product
The product supports three different reset modes. The
modes differ in the firmware version loaded and in the
network settings.
Resets are initiated by the length of time the recessed reset
button is pressed. Resets can be initiated only after the
product has been switched on for at least five seconds.
The product starts the respective reset mode once the
Reset button is released.
While the Reset button is being pressed, the respectively
selected reset mode is indicated by the different blinking
modes of the STATUS LED (activated by releasing the reset
button).
For information about the location of the reset button, see

The factory default setting for the firmware
and the standard network settings cannot
be changed by a firmware update.
Resetting the product to one of the two
factory default setting modes does not
delete the most recent firmware update.
The next time the product is switched on,
it boots the most recently stored firmware.
This is the firmware version that was loaded
during the most recent update. The user
settings will also be reloaded.
The firmware update is installed via a
connected PC and is described in the User’s
Manual for Application Development, see
"Notes on reading the documentation",
