The "

Reset now

" button, resets the device to the factory settings. 

 

 

 

 

Note

 

Upon resetting, all set data is irrevocably lost and a new setup is necessary. Please only use this option, if expressly requested 
to do so by our customer support or your expert. 

Resetting the 

heatapp! gateway

 requires resetting and re-registration of all radio components. See also chapter “Restoring the 

factory settings”
