1. Choose pounds (LB) or kilograms (KG)
using the selector switch located on the
back of the scale.
2. Place the scale on a flat surface. A hard
surface is best for maximum accuracy.
3. Step onto the scale and position your
feet so that your weight is distributed evenly over the scale
platform. Stand still while the scale calculates your weight.
The scale will attempt to calculate your weight for 20
seconds and if it can’t detect a stable weight, the display will
clear, and begin calculating again.
4. Whether you remain standing on the scale or you step off
the scale immediately after your weight has displayed, your
weight will continue to display for a few seconds and then
turn off automatically.

1. Seleccione libras (LB) o kilogramos (KG)
utilizando el interruptor loccalizado en la
parte trasera de la balanza.
2. Coloque la balanza en una superficie
plana. Es preferible una superficie firme
para mayor precisión.
3. Párese sobre la balanza y coloque los pies de tal manera
que su peso quede distribuido uniformemente sobre toda la
plataforma de la balanza.
No se mueva mientras la balanza calcula su peso. La
balanza intentará calcular su peso por 20 segundos y,
si no detecta un peso estable, la pantalla se borrará, y
reintentará calcular el peso nuevamente.
4. Ya sea que permanezca sobre la balanza o que baje de
ella después de que la pantalla muestre su peso, la pantalla
continuará mostrando su peso por algunos segundos mas y
luego se apagará automáticamente.
