For Recertification or unscheduled service or repairs, return your TRUBLUE iQ
Auto Belay to your nearest Head Rush Technologies Authorized Service Center or
to the Manufacturer at the address shown below.
10.10 Transportation
To ensure safe shipment of your auto belay, it should only be shipped in
authorized TRUBLUE iQ packaging (box and packing material). If you have
misplaced your original packaging, purchase replacement packaging from
an authorized Head Rush Technologies service agent, or online at
www.
headrushtech.com . You will be responsible for the cost of any damage and
necessary repairs due to shipping your auto belay in unauthorized packaging.
CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
Reuse the original packaging when shipping Auto Belay.
10.11 Upgrades
The TRUBLUE iQ has a patent pending interface which allows for future
upgrades. These upgrades will provide additional functions and features for your
Auto Belay. All upgrades once available will be listed at
www.headrushtech.com .
Authorized service centers will be able to assist with any future upgrades for your
TRUBLUE iQ Auto Belay.
