Configuration and Function
The fully automatic stud feeder consists of the main components
1- Control
2 - Impulse vibrator
3 - Feeding bowl
4 - Separator cage
Studs are poured into the
feeding bowl (3)
, fed into the
separator cage (4)
in a
correct position and passed on to the welding head.
The control unit co-ordinates the mechanical process (feeding of welding elements).
Vibration intensity and overtravel time are fully adjustable.

The type plate contains the following information:
– Manufacturer
– Type
– Order No./Serial-No.
– Primary voltage
– Fuse
– Power consumption
– Cooling class
– IP Code
– Date
