Multiple-Range

The A/D converter can be configured as a single, dual or triple-range scale.
The individual ranges differ in their maximum load and scale interval.

Example of three-range scale with a resolution of 3000 increments in each
weighing range:

Lowest weighing range: 0 to 1500kg / 0.5 kg
Middle weighing range: 0 to 3000kg / 1.0 kg
Highest weighing range: 0 to 6000kg / 2.0 kg

The multiple-range scale automatically switches from the lower range to the
next higher range when under load.
