10.1 Memory partitioning
The available memory in the CX22B‒R Data Recorder
(internal SSD) is allocated as follows:

60 GByte are used for the operating system (Win
dowsXP embedded) and catman
EASY, and are
specifically protected against (unintentional) change
(partition C, EWF filter).
S
180 GByte are readily available (partition D).

Important
All changes made in partition C: are only temporary, as
this partition is protected against change (EWF,
see Section 10.3). In the start screen, click on
Commit
changes and reboot
, to permanently save the new set
tings or the newly installed software. The CX22B‒R is
then rebooted, so you must set up the connection again
after the restart.
