When setting up an iSCSI Target, you also need to set up an iSCSI LUN
as follows.

Storage Manager
window, select
Create new iSCSI LUN
when
no LUNs are yet available. If LUNs are available, then you may select
Map
existing iSCSI LUNs.
Click the
Next
button.
