You can save and load various settings in 32 parameter sets in the interface module and
reset all settings to the factory default.
If you need more than 32 parameter sets, they must be saved as a complete block. All
parameter sets ex factory are flagged to indicate that they have not yet been saved. They
cannot therefore be selected via PROFINET. Only parameter sets that have explicitly been
saved at least 1 time and therefore declared valid can then be selected via PROFINET.
There are 32 parameter sets, 1 factory default parameter set (read only) and a working
parameter set. The working parameter set contains data from the active data parameter
set and data that are e.g. not explicitly shown in a parameter set, for instance the network
settings.
Working parameter sets can be saved in any one of the 32 parameter sets or overwritten
by loading one of the 32 parameter sets or the factory default parameter set.
It is possible to load a parameter set either via the web browser or via PROFINET. Apart
from the working parameter set, the actual settings can also be described by further non-
parameter specific settings (working data). This includes, for instance, the network or
linearization settings.
Any changes that are not explicitly saved are rejected and not saved when exiting a page.
This means that the old values of the actual working parameter set and the working data
