3. Manufacturer’s certificate
Every HAZET torque
wrench will be supplied
with a manufacturer’s
examination certificate
in accordance with DIN
55350 – 18 – 4.2.2.
The adjusted torque
value and the insert tool
which has been used
for this purpose are
indicated on the manu-
facturer’s certificate.
The effective length of
the used insert tool is
indicated in the current
Illustrated List. When
using insert tools which cannot be adapted with a
torque adjusting device, we recommend to adjust
the desired torque value using an insert reversible
ratchet or an insert square drive presenting the
same effective length. When using other insert
tools, the torque to be adjusted (MDE) must be
calculated using the following formula (effective
lengths of different insert tools):
