SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
- For best results, use alkaline batteries. The product
requires 4 pcs “AA” batteries (not included).
- Install only new batteries of the same type in
your product.
- Failure to insert batteries in the correct polarity, as
indicated in the battery compartment, may shorten
the life of the batteries or cause batteries to leak.
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Do not mix Alkaline, Standard (Carbon-Zinc) or
Rechargeable (Nickel Cadmium) or (Nickel Metal
Hydride) batteries.
- Do not dispose of batteries in fire. Batteries should
be recycled or disposed of per local guidelines.
- The product is intended for indoor use.
- This product is not a toy. Do not allow children
to use it without proper supervision.
- Keep packaging material and batteries away
from children!
- Keep the mill clean and dry at all times and avoid
contact with water.
- Suitable to use with all dry based spices, salt
and peppercorns.
- Save the instructions for future reference.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Twist and lift the top cover of the pepper mill to reveal the
battery part, see figure 1 and 2.
2. Remove the semi-transparent plastic tube from around the
battery holder, see figure 3.
3. Insert 4 x AA batteries, see figure 4.
4. Replace the semi-transparent tube over the batteries,
see figure 5.
5. Pull up the battery part, then put spice into the transparent
container, see figure 6.
6. It is recommended to keep the pepper mill 80 % full at all
times to ensure it functions smoothly.
7. Install the battery part onto the transparent container,
see figure 7.
8. Replace the top cover by twisting clockwise until it clicks into
place with the bottom of the pepper mill, see figure 8.
9. Press the button on the top of the mill to activate the grinder,
releasing the button will deactivate the power, see figure 9.
10. There is a screw under the bottom of the mill; it can be
turned to adjust how finely the spice is ground.
11. If any spice becomes stuck in the grinder then gently shake
the pepper mill, alternatively unscrew the nut revealing the
ceramic grinder plates, these should be cleaned periodically.
