OPERATION

Use your hand mixer

1.  Clean the dough hooks and beaters before first use.
2.  Make sure the power plug is unplugged from the power outlet and the speed

selector is in ”0” position.

3.  Assemble beaters or dough hooks into the mixer.

Note:

For the beaters and dough hooks, the one with washer can only be

inserted into the big socket and the other one can only be inserted into the
small socket.

4.  Ensure that the unit is at the ”0” setting, then connect it to a power source.
5.  There are 6 settings. Turn the speed selector to your desired setting and

the appliance will start. The speed will increase 20 % if the ”Turbo” button is
pressed.

Warning:

Do not stick knives, metal spoons, forks and other items into the

bowl while operating.

6.  The max operation time shall not exceed 5 minutes. When kneading yeast

dough, we suggest that the speed selector should be at low speed at the
beginning and then the speed can be increased - this will help you to achieve
the best results.

7.  When mixing is completed, turn the speed selector to ”0” position and unplug

the cord from power outlet.

8.  If necessary you can scrape the excess food particles from the beaters or

dough hooks by rubber or wooden spatulas.

9.  Hold the beaters/dough hooks with one hand and press the ”Eject” button

firmly down with the other hand, remove the beater/dough hooks.

Note:

Remove the beaters/dough hooks by pressing ”Eject” button only at the

”0” setting.

Tips for usage

1.  Refrigerated ingredients, such as eggs and butter, should be at room

temperature before they are mixed together. Take out these ingredients from
the refrigerator in advance.

2.  To minimize the risk of getting egg shells in the mixture, break them in a

separate container before you add them into the bowl.

3.  Do not mix for too long. Ensure to follow the instructions from the recipe.

Use a low speed.

4.  Changes in the ambient temperature, the temperature difference between

ingredients and different textures between different ingredients will affect the
mixing time and result.

5.  Always start at a low speed. Gradually increase the speed until you have

reached the desired speed.
