OPERATION
OPERATING THE ROTATING FLOOR SWEEPER (A4)
Hold the rotating floor sweeper with the right
hand on the throttle control and the left hand
on the left handle (refer to A4). The rotating
floor sweeper should be held in a comfortable
position with the trigger control at about hip
height. Maintain a firm grip on the handles and
good balance on both feet when using the
machine.
- Position rotating floor sweeper at an angle to
the work surface well out in front of your body.
WARNING:
The rotating floor sweeper brushes
rotate towards the operator. Do not operate
Rotating floor sweeper at an angle with brushes
close to your body.
- Accelerate to full throttle and allow brushes to
push debris ahead. Sweep to an area where
debris can be gathered and collected.
WARNING:
Extended use of unit at low throttle
settings could cause damage to clutch because
of clutch slipping.
WARNING:
Do not invert to clear debris. Brushes
will throw material towards operator and cause
possible serious injury.
- When sweeping wide areas angle brush head
to pile debris in rows then collect material.
- Use an angle of 15-30º, this helps direct debris
and reduces operator fatigue.

JOINING THE ENGINE SECTION TO THE
ROTATING FLOOR SWEEPER ATTACHMENT
(A1,A2,A3)
WARNING
Never attach or adjust the rotating floor
sweeper or any other attachment while engine
is running. Failure to stop the engine may cause
serious personal injury.
The rotating floor sweeper attachment connects
to the engine by means of a coupler device.

from the rotating floor sweeper shaft. (A1)

floor sweeper Align the button with the guide
recess (B) on the power head coupler and slide
the two shafts together. Rotate the attachment
shaft until the button locks into the positioning
hole (C). (A2,A3)
Note:
If the button does not release completely
in the positioning hole, the shafts are not
locked into place. Slightly rotate from side to
side until the button is locked into place.

WARNING
Be certain the knob is fully tightened before
operating tool; check it periodically for
tightness during use to avoid serious injury or
product damage.

For removing or changing the attachment:
