INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Headrest Installation:
1.
Remove all items from packaging and assure all parts and components are accounted for.
2.
Fully insert the plastic dowels into the headrest inlet holes at the end of the table until firmly engaged into the inlet
holes.
3.
Turn the headrest adjustment knob to adjust the angle and height of the headrest for maximum client comfort.
4.
Turn the headrest adjustment knob to lock headrest in place.
5.
To remove your headrest:
a.
Pull out the plastic dowels from inlet holes while gently lifting.
NOTE:
Your headrest is designed to be transported and stored inside your Hausmann Portable Table.
6.
Separate the cushion from the platform and attach the cushion to the cradle with Velcro strips provided.
Turf Pad Installation
1.
Turf Pads are supplied can be storage in the side compartment of the carrying bag.
2.
These Turf Pads have been designed to work with your table to prevent the legs from
sinking into the turf or other soft ground.
3.
Remove the Turf Pads from the carrying bag.
4.
After unfolding and opening the table, slide the Turf Pads onto the ends of each leg.
NOTE:
Remove the Turf Pads before folding and closing the table and store them in the
carrying bag.
