- Lubrication and maintenance
15 - Every 1000 h hours of operation (or once a year)
15.1 - CHAIN WEAR
Have the chain wear checked by a HAULOTTE Services® technician.
15.2 - PRIMARY AIR FILTER
Change the filter cartridge :
• Change the outer filter cartridge.
• Refit the cover, checking that the dust evacuation valve is directed downwards.
15.3 - INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE
• Check that the engine supports and the vibratory mount supports are in good condition.
Never clean the cartridge by hitting it against a hard surface or by using hot flammable liquid.
• Remove the cover :
• Pull the trigger situated on the cover ( 1 ).
• Locate and note the angular position of the cover which
should be identical upon reassembly.
• Turn the cover to the right ( 2 ).
• Pull the cover to remove it.
• Turn and pull the outer cartridge.
For the following operations, park the machine on a horizontal surface and turn off the engine.
For all engine maintenance operations : Consult the guide provided by the engine manufacturer
or HAULOTTE Services®.
